What we collect and why.

What we collect

Your email, password (stored only as a secure hash), the state you told us you're in, records of the documents you accepted (version, time, IP address), your date of birth and age-check result, and your subscription status.

Age check

We ask for your date of birth to confirm you are 21 or older, and keep it as the record of what you told us. If we ever ask for an ID check, a third-party provider does it and we receive only the result and a reference number, never your ID images.

Payments

Stripe processes payments. We never see or store your card number.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data and don't share it with sportsbooks or advertisers.
