Terms of Service

What Let's Parlay is, how billing and cancellation work, and the limits of our responsibility.

What the service is

Let's Parlay is an analytics and prediction service for NBA player props. We publish statistical estimates generated by a computer model. We are not a sportsbook: we do not accept, place or facilitate wagers, and we have no affiliation, partnership or revenue arrangement with any sportsbook, exchange or prediction market.

What the service is not

Our picks are opinions produced by a statistical model. They are not betting, financial or investment advice and are not a guarantee of any outcome. Past results do not predict future results. You are solely responsible for your own betting decisions and your own money.

Eligibility

You must be 21 or older, give your true date of birth (and pass any ID check we ask for), and be located in a state where we offer the service when you use it. You must follow the laws where you are.

Subscription and billing

The service costs $20 per month, billed monthly in advance by our payment processor (Stripe) until you cancel. Access requires an active subscription. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice. During the beta the service is free: we will tell you at least 14 days before the paid subscription starts, and you are never charged unless you choose to subscribe.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel any time from your account page. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. [Counsel: confirm state-specific rules.]

Accuracy and availability

We aim for accurate data but sources can be wrong, late or unavailable, and odds change quickly. Prices shown are averages from public sources at the time stated and may differ from any book's current price. We may pause picks, for example while verifying the model.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Let's Parlay and its operators are not liable for any loss, including betting losses, arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months before the claim. [Counsel: review.]
